Gourmet Garlic Company was built around a simple belief: not all garlic is created equal.

Each cultivar has its own character, from bold heat and lingering spice to subtle sweetness, earthiness, and rich complexity. Our goal is to grow exceptional garlic while exploring what makes each variety truly distinct.

Every bulb we sell is planted, grown, harvested, cured, cleaned, and packed by us on our farm in Central Kentucky. No partner farms. No reselling. From the day it enters the soil until the day it leaves our hands, we oversee every step.
